How to actually get in for free
- The museum was renamed from History Colorado Center to Colorado History Museum in 2026; same building at 12th and Broadway.
- Veterans get in free on Veterans Day (Wed 11 Nov 2026) with up to four family members; other days veterans get $2 off.
- SNAP EBT holders pay $1 per person for up to 10 people, at the front desk on the day only.
- History Colorado is not an SCFD member, so it has its own three free days a year.
