How to actually get in for free
- On free first Sundays there is no online booking - queue at the ticket office.
- Your ticket also gets you into two small house-museums (Boncompagni Ludovisi and H.C. Andersen) within three days.
- Tickets are nominative; carry matching ID.
- Temporary ticket office in outdoor structures during renovation of the entrance areas.
