- Free for: residents of Portugal on the first Sunday of every month; children under 12; visitors with a disability of 60% or more, plus a companion; BPI bank card holders.
- Otherwise: bilhete Serralves (all spaces: Museum, Siza wing, Park, Treetop Walk, Casa de Serralves, Casa do Cinema) — €24.

How to actually get in for free
- Residents: the free first Sunday only works at the Serralves ticket office with your Portuguese ID, not online.
- Kids under 12 go free every day, so families pay only for adults.
- The cheaper 'Fim de tarde' ticket (Mon-Thu from 5pm) covers the museum, park and houses.
