Before you go
How to actually get in for free
- Children aged 2 and under enter free (they still need a ticket): A free entry ticket must still be booked for the child.
- Free Essential Companion ticket for a carer of a disabled visitor: Book online or at the Box Office, subject to availability.
- Entry is not free in 2026: everyone aged 3+ needs a timed ticket. The cheapest are the £1 green Off-Peak slots, mostly Monday-Thursday in November.
- If you plan to ride anyway, pre-book £25 or more of rides or food in one online order and your entry ticket is free.
- Your ticket only fixes the hour you arrive - once inside you can stay until 22:00, so an early slot gives the longest visit.
- Advance prices end at 23:59 the day before; buying on the day costs more, and popular slots sell out.
