- The arcaded Gothic courtyard is open daily 9:00-18:00 - watch the figures parade on the courtyard clock.
- Check the 'Latest news' box on the museum site before going: university ceremonies often shorten opening hours.
- Free Wednesdays cover the self-guided route only; the extended scientific-instruments tour needs a paid guided ticket.
